Nappage is a transparent jelly glaze for pastry. It has no flavour, you can aromatize and colour it as desired. Doesn't turn white when frozen.
AvailableThe orange honey has a light color and a very soft taste. It will be perfect in your cottage cheese, yogurts, pancakes, waffles or to make your gingerbread.
Out of stockThis product is made from real leaven (mix of organic flour and fermented water), allowing it to develop wild yeast, characteristic of the flavour of a leavened bread. Leaven is then dried at a low temperature and a low percentage of ordinary yeast is added in order to act as a starter for raising the dough.
